Q: What is the cost of the complete system?
A: As we tailor the system to suit individual requirements, providing a quote is the best way to get an exact cost. However we have a couple of complete systems including prices may suit your needs but can definitely give you an indication of price.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently we only accept credit card payments for support and HPS restaurant, we accept, money order, bank transfer, and cheque for system payments.

Q: Am I locked to a plan?
A: No the only plan your locked into is the Internet connection that is required for hosting, Internet access, and VOIP.

Q: Do you provide Internet connections?

Q: If I purchase a system how long before delivery and what are the payment terms?
A: The system will be shipped 10 working days from receipt of payment of the entire system cost.

Q: Do I need someone to install the system for me?
A: No, We do all the set-up and configurations required prior to shipment, and provide support and remote configurations if required. However being all open and standards based hardware and software, we can provide you with details of businesses close by that can install and support the system. Linux User Groups.

Q: Why is your solution so cheap compared with other hosting and server solutions?
