All of the software and systems from Hospitality Profit Solutions require minimal support, but when required our minimum guarantee is that we will answer all enquiries within 1 business day.

Our staff are available not only to fix any problems but are also available to provide quotes and advice on custom modifications to HPS and any Restaurant Solutions systems.

Free 30-Day Software Support Policy
With the purchase of HPS software or systems a free 30-Day Support (or 5 support incidents) from the date when product is first purchased.

Paid Support
After free 30-day software support expires you must purchase one of the following for more support. Updated FAQ's and information will be available online and email questions will continue to be answered within maximum 1 working day.

Definition of 1-Incident Support
A single call concerning 1 issue, maximum 1-hour support time.
For network or hardware related questions you will need to purchase On-site Support from Hospitality Profit Solutions or from a local computer support business or find assistance through Linux User Groups

Version Upgrade

• Point releases of HPS restaurant are Free, Currently Version 1.2 is available for Version 1 purchasers.
• HPS: Restaurant is sold on a version Licence, the software will always continue to work regardless of new versions coming on the market.
